Ross Belhomme, LL.B (Hons), LL.M, DFSM, TEP is a Swiss/British international lawyer specialising in international asset protection, cross-border structuring and future finance/legal technology.
He was educated at IE University Madrid, the University of London, The London Institute of Banking & Finance, the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, and Harvard Business School.
He has held executive and board roles across global financial institutions including J.P. Morgan and Guggenheim, and has worked extensively in the digital assets sector since 2017 as an adviser, co-founder and investor.
He has operated in the Channel Islands, Singapore, Switzerland, the US/Canada, the Bahamas and the Mediterranean/Middle East.
He is a published author and former Chairman of STEP’s Digital Assets Special Interest Group.


Ross has been actively involved with the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) for many years, contributing to the international conversation around private wealth, trusts and emerging areas of practice, and previously serving as Chairman of STEP’s Digital Assets Special Interest Group.
Beyond his professional work, he writes and creates long-form content exploring law including through his growing YouTube channel.
